A Year of Stories {week 9} Donuts Anyone?

It has been a growing and might I add very popular tradition in our house to get donuts on Saturday morning after hockey. The boys look forward to this little treat and come on, who doesn’t love donuts?? I particularly love the sprinkles donuts simply because they look so bright and cheery.  My husband loves a good custard filled donut and the boys, well they usually pick the biggest one. On this day it happened to be the apple fritter because Tim’s was out of cinnamon buns.

And like most family traditions I felt it was my duty as the historian of our family, to document this wonderfully delicious little tradition. So here we go, the boys having some fun and enjoying a donut treat.

A Year of Stories is a group of photographers dedicated to capturing the stories of our lives one week at a time. Make sure to move along in the circle, Heather Chang is up next I can’t get enough of her work. She is so inspiring I am always in awe.
